   • a Marriage Visitor visa if you’re not going to live in the UK £115
   • a fiancé visa if you want to live in the UK and you’re marrying a UK citizen or settled person £1,846

   You can apply for a family permit if you're marrying someone who is a citizen of:

   • an EU country that is not the UK
   • Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway or Switzerland
