The European Qualifications (Health and Social Care Professions) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2022

The purpose of this instrument is to correct errors within the European Qualifications (Health and Social Care Professions) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (SI 2019/593) “the EU Exit Regulations 2019” and to correct an error created by these regulations in the National Health Service (Performers List) (England) Regulations 2013 (S.I. 2013/335) (“the 2013 Performers List Regulations”).
