Media note: Visit of TRH The Prince of Wales and The Duchess Of Cornwall

Their Royal Highnesses The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall will make a nine-day visit to India 6 - 14 November.

The purpose of this note is to list events during the Visit of Their Royal Highnesses The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall 6 – 14 November, which are open to the media and to set out how the media can cover those events.

Accreditation

Journalists who wish to cover the events must hold PIB/ State accreditation. In Mumbai, Pune and Kochi specific police clearance will be required. Journalists must give their name to event organisers by the dates listed below. Only journalists with their name on the list held by event organisers will be allowed to cover events. For practical reasons only a limited number of media will be allowed to attend certain events.

Journalists will be directed to designated areas on arrival. Advisable to reach at least 45 minutes in advance of the designated time.
