Peter Clark
Biography
Peter joined the Marine Management Organisation in July 2022 as the Director of Operations. He previously worked in the Home Office for over 30 years holding a range of positions in the borders and migration system which saw him work in-country, at the border and overseas on secondment to the FCDO.
His previous positions include Head of Business Design and Change for a border systems transformation programme in Border Force and Head of Operational Intelligence, Director of Enforcement and Compliance for London and the South East and Director of Strategic Operations in Immigration Enforcement. He has extensive experience of leading and transforming large operational teams located across the country and of working effectively with a range of government and law enforcement partners.

The Director of Operations, MMO has overall responsibility for coastal and offshore operations, enabling and assuring marine compliance, and helping to develop future fisheries and marine conservation management.
