Details

You should only use this form to change a registered office address if the LLP:

  • has been defaulted to the Companies House address
  • is in liquidation
  • is applying to be restored to the register

For all other LLPs, change your registered office address online.

If you use your home address as the company’s registered office address, it will be available to the public.
