Details

In partnership with Citizens Advice Wirral, the Ministry of Justice is contributing funding to a new social prescribing hub, the Flourish Wellbeing Hub, as part of the commitment made by the Legal Support Action Plan published in 2019.

Flourish provides a range of services to support those who are experiencing social and/or economic difficulties which can impact on their health and can often involve a legal component relating to welfare rights.

The funding included an element for an independent evaluation of Flourish; this was commissioned by Citizens Advice Wirral and is being delivered by Liverpool John Moores University and University College London.

This report focuses on the key enablers and challenges of setting up the hub, collaboration between partner organisations and the early implementation of its service delivery.
