Details

Practical guide to identifying and taking to completion a forward commitment procurement (FCP) project. Intended for local government and wider public sector procurers. FCP is an early market engagement tool. It brings together progressive thinking and best practice, from the private sector and the innovation and procurement communities, with the understanding of demand side barriers to the commercialisation of innovative goods and services. It aims to bring new cost effective goods and services into the market.
