Details

Use this form to cancel an entry in the Land Charges Registers. You cannot use it to cancel a Class F Land Charge. You need to use form K13 to do this. You cannot use it to cancel a pending action (bankruptcy) entry that relates to a debtor’s application for bankruptcy. You need to use form K11(ADJ).

  1. We have added and amended explanatory notes on page 2 of the form and amended some of the side notes to help conveyancers complete the form correctly. An example of this is that we now make clearer who can be an applicant. The explanatory notes have also been brought up to date, most notably by explaining how the application can be made by email.

  2. The form has been amended to include more details of the fee paid to be included.

  3. We added a guidance note about our personal information charter, which explains how we process customer data. We also added a guidance note to explain that only professional customers will have a key number.
