Use this form if you have:

  • a resolution date on or after October 2009
  • authorised and allotted share capital of not less than £50,000 (€57,100)
  • a minimum of 25% paid-up nominal value for each share
  • fully paid premium

It costs £71 to re-register. Make your cheque or postal order payable to ‘Companies House’.

Forms need to be printed at full size on white A4 sized paper.
