We want to give you a service that is even-handed, accurate and based on mutual trust and respect. We also want to make it as easy as we can for you to get things right.

In partnership with Royal Association for Deaf people, we’ve produced a short video presented in British Sign Language which explains Your Charter.

We are currently reviewing the HMRC Charter, and are seeking views on our draft revisions to it.
