AAIB investigation to Auster 6A Tugmaster, G-APRO

Stall and impact with the ground, Old Buckenham, Norfolk, 19 July 2018.

Summary:

The pilot reported that during the final approach to land on Runway 07L (Grass) at Old Buckenham Airfield, the airspeed was too low. This resulted in the aircraft stalling and dropping to the ground from a height of approximately 10 ft, damaging the landing gear, engine cowling and propeller. The pilot stated that the accident had resulted from a misjudgement of the landing.
