Summary:

During the approach, and with the seat belt sign on, the aircraft encountered turbulence due to weather. None of the cabin crew was secure and one sustained serious injuries. The operator identified issues relating to communication between flight deck and cabin and differing approaches to handling turbulence amongst both pilots and cabin crew. Their internal report makes several recommendations to improve their training and procedures.
