Piper PA-34-200T Seneca II, G-BOWE

Summary:

The aircraft became established on a steeper than normal final approach to Runway 19 at Oxford Airport. The instructor, whilst aware the approach checks had not been completed, took the opportunity to teach the student how to recover the situation. The landing flap had been lowered but the landing gear was not and the aircraft touched down with the landing gear retracted.
