Industrial Injuries Benefit – Prescribed diseases – whether a claimant with hand arm vibration syndrome fell within the category PD A11 in the Social Security (Industrial Injuries) (Prescribed Diseases) Regulations 1985 – not all HAVS cases will meet the criteria in PD A11 - the tribunal’s duty to make sufficient findings and provide adequate reasons to explain why a claimant falls within PD A11 or not, where there is conflicting medical evidence.
