Judicial Summary

Revocation of licence following a public inquiry and a written decision. In the judgment, the Deputy Traffic Commissioner included detail which related to another case which was irrelevant to this case. Upon the operator requesting a stay for the DTC to reconsider his decision, a stay was granted and he was advised to appeal. The DTC also submitted that the Tribunal should allow the appeal and remit for reconsideration. That course was followed.
