Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme 2001 - paragraph 42(b): “such other payments as a claims officer considers reasonable to meet other resultant losses” - whether limited to losses resulting from loss of parental services – whether costs of adaptation/extension of appointee’s premises, costs of trust fund and Court of Protection costs within the ambit of the paragraph – Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme 2012 paragraph 65(b) to like effect.
