Child support - shared care under Regulation 46 of the Child Support Maintenance Calculation Regulations 2012 - whether shared care should be determined on the basis of provisions for contact in a court order, even though the specified overnight contact had not been happening – although the tribunal must consider the terms of the court order, it is not obliged to determine shared care in accordance with those terms.
