Judicial Summary

The decision merely highlights the practical point that while the claim form is only seeking to give examples of an aid or appliance in relation to the various activities, the many which it does give for activity 5 do not include grab rails, which in practice appear to be commonly relied upon by claimants and which generally will constitute an aid or appliance.
