Judicial Summary

Where there is documentary evidence which when the specialist knowledge to be attributed to F-tT (SEND) is applied, appears to be highly credible, it may be neither rational nor sufficient to discount that documentary evidence by relying on oral evidence which, though given, was in the light of the documentary evidence intrinsically improbable, without attempting to probe the apparent discrepancy between the documentary and the oral evidence.
