When a claim is automatically struck out under rule 8(2) of the First-tier Tribunal (HESC) Rules, time for applying for reinstatement under rule 8(7) runs from when the FtT notified the claimant that the claim had been struck out, not from the earlier time when the FtT notified the claimant that the claim would be struck out if there was a failure to comply by a specified date.
