Judicial Summary

Appellant granted operator’s licence in 11 March 2022. No vehicles specified on licence. In February 2023, the transport manager resigned. S.27 notice sent to all available addresses. Appellant failed to respond. Licence revoked. Appellant accepted that the Traffic Commissioner had taken all reasonable steps to contact him and that he was aware that his Transport Manager had resigned. He was the author of his own misfortune. The appeal was dismissed.
