Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 - appellant was included in adults’ barred list based on factual findings about an incident that occurred when he was working in home for vulnerable adults - - Upper Tribunal found that, in the incident, the appellant was trying to change a vulnerable adult’s pad, the vulnerable adult was resisting and bit the appellant’s finger, and, in a flash of anger, the appellant slapped the vulnerable adult and called his son a “bastard” - Held: no mistake in Disclosure and Barring Service’s factual findings - no mistake by DBS on a point of law - appeal dismissed.
