Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 - appellant included in adults’ barred lists based on finding that appellant had neglected a vulnerable adult by failing to complete twice-daily “welfare calls” and/or inform her employer that she had not completed them - Upper Tribunal found that appellant had called on the vulnerable adult but, when he did not respond to her knock on the door, the appellant did not convey this information to her employer - this happened several times in a row, without the appellant managing to inform her employer - Held: no mistake in Disclosure and Barring Services factual finding - appeal dismissed
