Highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) H5N1 was confirmed in commercial poultry at a premises near Gayton, Kings Lynn and West Norfolk, Norfolk (AIV 2024/10). A 3km protection zone and a 10km surveillance zone have been declared surrounding the premises. All poultry on the premises will be humanely culled.

This revokes and replaces the declaration of the ending of a protection zone (PDF).
