Bird flu: near Torpoint, South East Cornwall, Cornwall (AIV 2022/69)

Highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) H5N1 was confirmed in poultry on 8 September 2022.

Following successful completion of disease control activities, the 3km protection zone has ended and the 10km surveillance zone has been revoked.

All poultry and captive birds have been humanely culled.
