Highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) H5N1 was confirmed in commercial poultry on 17 January 2025 at a premises near Mablethorpe, East Lindsay, Lincolnshire (AIV 2025/04).
A 3km protection zone and 10km surveillance zone have been declared surrounding the premises. All poultry on the premises have been humanely culled.
