All documents are required, unless stated otherwise. Photos of documents are acceptable, as long as all the relevant information is clear. We'll only share these documents with the licensing authority.

What if I can't submit the documents digitally?

If you can't submit the documents digitally you can send copies by post instead. We'll give you the address and reference number to quote once you've completed your application.

Site plan
A layout plan of the site to a scale of not less than 1/500 should be attached showing the boundaries of the site, the position of caravan standings, and (where appropriate) – Roads and Footpaths Recreation Spaces Fire Point Parking Spaces Foul and Surface Water Drainage Water Supply Toilet blocks, stores and other buildings. The plan should distinguish between facilities already provided and facilities proposed
