What if I can't submit the documents digitally?

If you can't submit the documents digitally you can send copies by post instead. We'll give you the address and reference number to quote once you've completed your application.

Declaration

  • The details contained in the application form and any attached documentation are correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
  • A notice of the event must be placed in the local newspaper no later than 7 days prior to the event. The notice must include: •the name and address of the applicant •a brief description of the proposed display ie national public celebration/national commemorative event •proposed location •proposed date and hours
