Confirm that the contents of this application are true and complete and hereby apply for a House to House collection permit within the Borough of Cheltenham.
Agree that if permission is granted by Cheltenham Borough Council for a House to House collection permit that I /we will comply with all Acts, Byelaws, Regulations and Conditions relating thereto and for the time being in force and understand that non-compliance with any relevant Acts, Bylaws, Regulations and Conditions will prejudice the continuance of any permit granted.
I understand that the council may utilise the information contained herein for internal purposes and may disclose the information to persons or organisations in accordance with the Councils registration under the Data Protection Act 1998.
Understand that the permit will only be valid for the date specified and a further application will be needed for any subsequent applications.
Further understand the completed application form will be copied to the officers of Cheltenham Borough Council together with the local police and Cheltenham Business Partnership for comment as necessary.
