I understand that any person who in or in connection with this application makes any statement which he or she knows to be false shall be guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £500.
Notice must be displayed prominently on premises for a period of at least 21 days informing members of the public of procedures relating to objections. Notice to be displayed from the date that the application has been lodged with the Council.
Certificate of Compliance to be signed, dated and returned to this office immediately on expiry of the 21 day notice period.
