What if I can't submit the documents digitally?

If you can't submit the documents digitally you can send copies by post instead. We'll give you the address and reference number to quote once you've paid the licence fee.

  • The treatments specified above are the only treatments offered as part of the business. I understand that a condition of licence is that the licensee must notify the Council of any changes of treatments offered during the period of the licence. I will ensure that all Practitioners will wear their named badges whilst carrying out treatments.
