What if I can't submit the documents digitally?

If you can't submit the documents digitally you can send copies by post instead. We'll give you the address and reference number to quote once you've paid the licence fee.

I agree to abide by the conditions laid down by the Moray Council, and not to alter the Approved Arrangements of the premises without the prior written approval of the licensing authority, nor use the premises for any other purpose than those prevailing at the time the licence is granted.
Fees will be payable for a licence and to renew or transfer a licence. Conditions may be attached to a licence.
