I/We have read and undertake in the event of permission being granted to comply with the standard conditions which can be found at http://www.wolverhampton.gov.uk/business/licences/highways/skip.htm#d and comply with any special conditions which may be imposed on the permit.
I/We undertake to indemnify the Council against any and all actions arising or occuring from the placing, use or removal of a builders skip on the Highway.
