Declaration

I am aware of the provisions of The Zoo Licensing Act 1981. The details contained in the application form and any attached documentation are correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
In preparation for this application I have given notice in writing to the local authority details of my intention to operate a zoo. I have published notice of that intention in one local newspaper circulating in the locality and one newspaer with a national circulation and have exhibited a copy of that notice at the proposed site of the zoo. A period of at least two months has elapsed since this notification took place.
