Refusal of Section 4(2) support under Regulation 3(2)(e). Finding that the rejection of the appellant’s outstanding representations had been served on the appellant twice, once in the respondent’s AST court bundle and again at the AST hearing itself. It was accepted that the rejection of the appellant’s outstanding representations has not been served in any other manner but his eligibility under Regulation 3(2)(e) had come to an end.
