You can object to a trade mark application for 2 months after it’s published in the journal.

Before you start

The trade marks journal is published every week on a Friday and contains accepted applications for:

• UK trade marks
• international trade marks that include the UK

The downloadable version of the journal also contains details of changes and restrictions to trade marks made in the last week.
