Exceptional Hardship Scheme (Phase 2b)
The Exceptional Hardship Scheme has now closed.
If you’ve already applied
If you have not received a decision, your application will automatically be transferred to the Need to Sell Scheme.
If you’ve received a decision and were successful, the purchase of your property will not be affected by the closure of the scheme.
If you were unsuccessful, you may now be eligible for one of the other compensation schemes.
