CMA clearance decision

12 July 2018: The CMA has cleared the completed acquisition by ATG Media Holdings Limited of S.P.H. Softwarepartner GMBH & Co KG (trading as Lot-tissimo).

Revocation of initial enforcement order

28 June 2018: In view of the evidence available to the CMA at this stage, the CMA revoked the initial enforcement order.

Launch of merger inquiry

On 14 June 2018 the CMA announced the launch of its merger inquiry by notice to the parties.

Invitation to comment: now closed

25 May 2018: The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) is considering whether it is or may be the case that this transaction, if carried into effect, will result in the creation of a relevant merger situation under the merger provisions of the Enterprise Act 2002 and, if so, whether the creation of that situation may be expected to result in a substantial lessening of competition within any market or markets in the United Kingdom for goods or services.

Initial enforcement order

On 9 May 2018, the CMA has served an initial enforcement order under section 72(2) of the Enterprise Act 2002 on Turner Topco Limited and Auction Technology Group Germany GMBH OF S.P.H, in relation to the completed acquisition by Auction Technology Group Germany GMBH of S.P.H. Softwarepartner GMBH & Co KG.
