1. The acquisition was completed on 21 March 2013. The statutory deadline is 20 August 2013. 
2. On the basis of the information available to it, the Office of Fair Trading has decided that the completed acquisition of the freeholds of nine MSAs from Serena Properties Limited by Extra MSA Group does not qualify for investigation under the mergers provisions of the Enterprise Act 2002 (the Act), because the freeholds of the nine MSAs are not an enterprise as defined in section 129 of the Act. A relevant merger situation has, therefore, not been created.
