Find software to register or file changes to a company
You can use software to file information with Companies House for:
- registering a new company (‘incorporations’)
- changes to your company, for example a change in director or registered address
- charges such as a mortgage or a loan - for example, when they’re paid in part or in full
Before you can use software to file your company information, you must apply for a presenter account. You’ll also need your company authentication code.
