Problems with your online application

Get help if you:

  • have submitted incorrect information in your online application and you need to change it
  • are having problems making a payment to UKVI online or pending payments
  • are having problems entering your sponsor licence number online
  • are making an online application and you cannot log in to your UKVI account
  • need other technical support (for example with an error message on the online application)

Email the online help team on ApplyOnlineE-Support@homeoffice.gov.uk.

You must include:

  • your name
  • what you are applying for (for example, a Student visa)
  • a description of the problem

Include screenshots of the problem, if you can.

You’ll usually hear back within one working day.

If you’ve not had a response, check your email’s spam or junk folder before contacting UKVI again.
