Electronic travel authorisation (ETA)

Read the guidance on applying for electronic travel authorisation (ETA) before you contact UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) for help. 

If you are waiting for a decision on an ETA application, do not contact UKVI until 3 working days (Monday to Friday) after you applied.
