Contact online technical support for Self Assessment
Contact HMRC’s online services helpdesk if you:
- are having problems submitting your return online
- have lost your online service username or password
- get any error messages in your online account or on a form
If you are using Making Tax Digital for Income Tax software, you will need to contact your software provider directly for technical support. HMRC will not be able to answer any technical questions about your software.
