Brief description of the problem
Recall because routine stability testing has indicated that this batch may go out of specification for potency before it expires.
Following a recently approved shelf-life extension, batch F020 12002 has a four year shelf-life. We understand that batches of this product released subsequently have had the original 3 year shelf-life reinstated.
