JUDGMENT Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure Rule 21 1. The respondent has failed to pay the claimant for annual leave accrued but untaken on termination of his employment and shall pay him £1102.32. 2. The claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax and national insurance on that sum. 3. The respondent failed to give the claimant itemised pay statements as required by s 4 Employment Rights Act 1996 throughout his employment from 1 June 2019 to 20 December 2020. Note Reasons for the judgment having been given orally at the hearing, written reasons will not be provided unless a written request is presented by either party within 14 days of the sending of this written record of the decision.
