Case No: 3321184/2021 11.6C Judgment – Reconsideration refused – claimant - rule 72 EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS Claimant: Ms. R Campbell Respondent: (1) Honeywell Control Systems Ltd (2) Mr P Holden JUDGMENT The claimant’s application dated 16 June 2023 for reconsideration of the judgment sent to the parties on 4 June 2023 is refused. REASONS The application is based on three main points: 1. The claimant asserts that evidence that was available at the time of the hearing, but was not before the Tribunal, would have affected the Tribunal’s decision; 2. The claimant disagrees with the weight the Tribunal gave various pieces of evidence; and, 3. The claimant seems to make a suggestion of bias on the part of the Tribunal. There is no reasonable prospect of the original decision being varied or revoked on any of the three above grounds. _____________________________ Employment Judge Shastri-Hurst Date 28 June 2023 JUDGMENT SENT TO THE PARTIES ON 7 July 2023 GDJ FOR THE TRIBUNAL OFFICE
