Case Number: 3320578/2021 EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS Claimant: Mrs S Begum Respondent: Slough Borough Council JUDGMENT The claimant’s application dated 13 April 2023 for reconsideration of the judgment sent to the parties on 12 April 2023 is refused. REASONS There is no reasonable prospect of the original decision being varied or revoked, because the claimant seeks reconsideration of the decision to remove the Second Respondent. She does so on the grounds that he was the person involved with her dismissal, and that she set out details of her complaints in relation to him at the hearing on 7 February 2023. These points are all considered in my judgment following the hearing on 7 February 2023. Having considered the contents of the claimant’s application, there are no reasonable prospects of the judgment being varied or reevoked. _____________________________ Employment Judge Shastri-Hurst 9 July 2023 JUDGMENT SENT TO THE PARTIES ON 11 July 2023 GDJ FOR THE TRIBUNAL OFFICE
