The Aquatic Animal Health and Alien Species in Aquaculture (Amendment) (England and Wales) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

The Aquatic Animal Health and Alien Species in Aquaculture (England and Wales) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 ensure that the English and Welsh legislation which implements EU legislation in the fields of aquatic animal health and alien and locally absent1 species in aquaculture will continue to be operable in England and Wales after the UK has left the EU. This instrument does not introduce any policy changes.
