The Communication of Investments (Revocation) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

This instrument intends to address a deficiency in the operation of retained European Union (EU) law as provided for by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018. Specifically, this instrument revokes two Euratom Regulations associated with Article 41 of the Euratom Treaty. These are Council Regulation (Euratom) No 2587/1999 of 2 December 1999 and Council Regulation (Euratom) No 1209/2000 of 8 June 2000.
