These Regulations make a correction to Annex II of retained Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2017/2287 by substituting a reference to “a Member State” with “Great Britain”. Annex II of retained Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2017/2287 contains a form used by third countries, who are not Parties to the Minamata Convention on Mercury, to certify the source of Mercury intended for export to Great Britain.
